It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return items purchased from our website, you have 10 calendar days for a refund to your credit card. We will refund the product cost only, not shipping charges. For an exchange or in-store credit, you have 30 calendar days from date of original purchase.

Please note:
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, & in resalable condition. The return must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number issued by jack & lola. You can obtain this Return Authorization Number by emailing us at customerservice@jackandlola.ca or by calling 1-877-940-5225 or 778-340-5622 in the Lower Mainland, BC. Please provide details for the reason of return so we might assist you more efficiently.

Items returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%.
Shipping charges to return the item(s) are at the purchasers expense.
Note we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us.
All special orders & Sale merchandise are FINAL sale & can not be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition. jack & lola will not accept any COD shipping of returns.

In Store Return Policy:
Products purchased online are able to be returned to jack & lola for an in-store credit or
exchange. Internet Store receipt must be present for all returns. Please note that all shipping and
handling fees are non-refundable. You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment for all returns
or exchanges. After 30 days, all product concerns will be dealt with as warranty issues and may
be directed to the manufacturer.

Non Returnable Items:
For safety, health & hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on some products. These
products include, but are not limited to:

Strollers, car seats, potty’s, nursing bras, breast pumps & accessories, bottles, pacifiers, nursing pads, teethers, bath tubs & bathing accessories, safety gates, general safety products & skin care products.

Damaged Items:
jack & lola makes every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good
condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days by phone
(1-877-940-5225 or 778-340-5622 in the Lower Mainland, BC.) to report the problem, so we can
contact the freight carrier right away. If damage appears to be from shipping & in order to expedite
a resolution, please take photos (if possible) & email them to customerservice@jackandlola.ca
If packages arrive damaged please point this out to the driver as well.
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, jack & lola will be glad to exchange it for you. The
shipping charge will be waived on replacements.

After 30 days, jack & lola cannot replace damaged or defective items & all remaining issues must
be addressed by the manufacturer. jack & lola is committed to providing the best quality
merchandise & purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of
their products. Most items are covered by manufacturers warranties. Warranty information when
applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item,
need instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer before
contacting us as these matters are usually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event
that you need further assistance with a defective item, please contact us. If at all possible, we will
do our best to replace damaged parts or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Canceling an Order:
Our goal is to ship all of our in stock orders within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore if your order
needs to be cancelled it is important that you contact us by phone right away at 1-877-940-5225
or 778-340-5622 if you live in the Lower Mainland, BC. If the item has already shipped, we will be
unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please
note, email cancellations will NOT be honored. We will be happy to cancel an order so long as we
are contacted by phone & it is done so prior to the item shipping.
