FREE Shipping in B.C., Canada

We are trying to keep things simple. Chances are you have enough going on in your life and we
want to take a few worries off your plate. jack & lola uses “Flat Rate Destination” shipping on most
orders. Unless otherwise noted (oversize or special order) you shop knowing exactly what you are
going to pay for shipping. Oversize items such as furniture, car seats, full-size strollers, some high
chairs and other large items are not included in the flat rate destination shipping. This will be clearly
indicated if the product you select does not qualify. We will contact you at time of shipping to
provide you with the best shipping costs and to collect payment for the balance of payment
beyond the flat rate for your area, that you will be charged at Checkout.

Example: You live in B.C., and make a purchase that does not qualify for flat rate destination
shipping. At Checkout you will be charged $10 for the B.C. region. If your oversize item costs $25
to ship to your address, we will contact you at the time of shipping, to collect the balance of $15.
($25-$10=$15)

Shipping Methods:
jack & lola uses Corporate Courier, FedEx, Canada Post and Greyhound for most shipments. All
shipments are made via ground, however if you would like expedited shipping, please contact us
at: info@jackandlola.ca . Expedited shipping costs are extra and not included in flat
rate destination shipping. We will contact you within 24 hours to provide an expedited shipping
quote and to collect additional payment.

In-Store Pick Up:
You may also pick up your purchase at our store: 135 West 1st Street, North Vancouver, free of
charge.

If none of the above shipping methods apply to your address, please

Order Changes:
Order changes must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or
requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. If your order has already left our warehouse,
you will need to follow the Returns/Exchanges guidelines below. Please send all order changes or

Cancelling an Order:
Cancellation requests must be received by email at info@jackandlola.ca within 24
hours of placement of the original order.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted, as the products may have
already shipped from our warehouse. If the order ships within 24 hours, which it often will, then
cancellations are not possible. Please follow the Returns/Exchanges guidelines.

All items shipped within Canada are subject to 5% GST.
Items shipped within the province of BC are subject to 7% PST, with the exception of car
seats, booster seats, children’s clothing and footwear as well as books.

In-stock items will ship within 2 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of
order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.

We utilize inventory management software in order to insure your item is in-stock when you
purchase it. In the event that an item on your order is out of stock you will be notified. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In this event, you can chose to wait for the item to
arrive or cancel your pending order.

jack & lola does not currently ship outside of Canada.
